First Look

Thanks to everyone who’s tuning in to our progress report for the Chimney Rock Estate construction project. Things are moving along nicely. You’ll see from the fly-over video that the footings have been dug. Next week we’ll be on to concrete and stem walls. The old pool has been filled in, creating an expansive lounge area with panoramic views. In May, some of the structures will be arriving. All finishes and fixtures have been selected including the high-end Hestan appliances. The exterior Abodo wood planks have arrived and are absolutely gorgeous. Come take a look tomorrow (Thursday, February 17th) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and you’ll be able to see them along with lots of other cool material samples and the great progress that is being made. We’ll be sending you video updates as the project continues to take shape.
